BAD TENTANT!

K-Fed is a very bad tenant. He trashed his rental house in Tarzana California. Not only does he owe 6 months of back rent but $110,661 in damages. Shall we discuss what he did?

- Gutters full of cigarette butts
- Window screens ripped and torn with exposed wiring all over the house
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
- Cracked pool
- Permanent spit marks on the outside of the house
- Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
- Drawings all over the walls
- Broken dishwasher with broken baskets
- Dismantled smoke detectors
- Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners permission)
- Oh and he stole the garage door opener.

I’m guessing he is not getting his security deposit back?
