KATHERINE GETS CUSTODY...

LA Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff has granted Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine guardianship of all three kids…All parties are due back in court October 2nd to review how things are going – they’re also going to get a monthly allowance.

Fox has confirmed that Kara DioGuardi will indeed return for American Idol's next season, which is due to start filming on Thursday. On the Paula front however, still nothing confirmed if she’ll be returning, she said recently on Twitter that she can't come back unless, quote, "The deal is fair."

We like Lady Gaga’s music – would you read a book if she wrote it? Looks like Gaga's agents are currently shopping a book proposal called Lady Like. Not a biography, but a full-color book that includes, "Lyrics, diary entries, interviews, inspirations and quotes.
