LINDSAY'S ARREST WARRANT

Lindsay’s partying just cost her $200,000. When she was at an MTV Movie Awards after party, her SCRAM ankle bracelet started going off. This alerted the cops, then the judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest. Someone paid her bail though, so she’s free – for now. HER court date is July 6th.

CHARLIE'S COURT CASE SNAG

The reason for the Charlie Sheen “not yet going to jail” snag- is because of smoking. According to the Aspen Times, Charlie didn’t realize he wasn’t allowed to smoke during his sentence (*ie during the day when he works at the Aspen Theatre). A source tells the newspaper, "The whole thing hinged on his ability to smoke." Again, July 12th -new hearing.
