NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN THE MICHAEL JACKSON CASE...

According to TMZ, they found the drug Deprivan in his house…an anesthesia medicine given to patients prior to surgery- it knocks them out immediately, but it’s so dangerous it’s only used at hospitals, where a patients vital signs can be monitored. IF they can prove that he got it from a doctor, that doctor could be charged with manslaughter. Cherilyn Lee (nurse/nutritionist) who was working to get Michael Jackson in shape for his comeback says the singer begged her for a drug to help him sleep. She also says Jackson complained of persistent insomnia and wanted to take the powerful sedative Diprivan. Lee says she begged Jackson not to take it...story developing.


PUBLIC MEMORIAL

Fans should NOT visit Neverland tomorrow, expecting to say farewell to the late King of Pop. a public memorial service for Michael will NOT take place at Neverland. ABC News is reporting that a public memorial will be held Tuesday at the Staples Center. The Jackson clan met with authorities on Tuesday to discuss funeral plans, but looks like it’s happening Sunday…

Michael's will also places his entire estate into the Michael Jackson Family Trust, which will benefit his mother, his children and possibly some unspecified charities. The will, drafted in 2002, estimates that his estate was valued at over 500 million dollars at the time. The document notes that the estate consists almost entirely of "non-cash, non-liquid assets," including Michael's stake in the Sony-ATV Music Publishing catalog.
