OFFICIALLY NAMED THE NEW JUDGE ON AMERICAN IDOL!!

Apparently times are tough, ppl needing to get 2 jobs, like ELLEN!! She is OFFICIALLY the new judge on American Idol. She’s THRILLED to get the gig, has watched EVERY single episode since it started, so it’s her dream job come true. She also said – think of all the money I’ll save from not having to text in my vote. Q- will she help? (she mentioned she’ll be judging “for the people, as someone who buys music”). (still keeps her day job until at least 2014, in 2007 she had a net worth of $65 million)

IZZIE IS ADOPTING!

Katherine Heigl from Grey’s Anatomy is adopting a 10 month old baby from Korea, named Nayleigh, Leigh for short. She’s doing it, because her sister Meg is also adopted. Nicole Richie also had a baby yesterday, a boy named Sparrow James Midnight Madden. Sounds like Midnight Madness!

Dancing with the stars pros - Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovsky have called their engagement. Karina’s rep has indeed confirmed this. She’ll now move into the arms of Aaron Carter (Sept 21)…
