PATRICK SWAYZE CREMATED

The remains of the "Dirty Dancing" star have been cremated and stored at his lawyer's office, according to his death certificated released today and obtained by E! News. No word yet on plans for a family memorial service.

AVRIL AND DERYCK SPLIT

After 6 ½ years, Avril Lavigne and Deryck (ha-Whibley) have officially split up. Friends since 17, dating since 19, married since 21. D papers any day now…Apparently Avril has already “moved on”. Maybe he’ll get back together with Paris Hilton!

THE JACKSON ALLOWANCE

Well we finally found out how much money Michael Jackson’s kids are getting each month. Katherine, his mom gets a cheque for $86,804 at the beginning of each month to cover housekeepers, drivers and other necessities. Wow that sure beats a regular kid allowance.

Matt Damon’s new movie The Informant opens in theatres – we can see his ALL BIG MAC/DORITO diet in full effect, this is the movie where he had to gain 40lbs. Love Happens with Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer’s Body with crazy lady Megan Fox and I think the greatest title of all time, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. Think about this concept…an inventor makes a machine that causes your favorite food to FALL from the sky. I’m starving.

GAGA THE FROG?

I have VERY important news. Lady Gaga is NOT dating Kermit the Frog. Earlier this summer, she showed up at an event in Germany wearing a dress made out of Kermit dolls, THEN everyone was stunned when she showed up at the VMAS’s with him as her date. Kermit is going on record though, telling People magazine that the two aren't really dating per se, that he just gave her a lift to the show. And when asked about the making out in the limo – he’s insisting it was just a kiss for good luck. RUMOR has it, he and Piggy are NOT good AND that he’s also QUITE interested in Taylor Swift.
