THE HILLS ARE ALIVE…WITH THE SOUND OF MONEY

The Hills and The City are back tonight. The Hills, back for Season 6. Did some looking and found salary info: The girls get almost $100,000 PER episode (2.5 million per season). Spencer Pratt makes a little less though, about $65,000 per episode. Brody Jenner makes $45,000. By comparison, the Real Housewives (take any city) make $30,000/show. Then add in endorsement deals, clothing lines and personal appearances ($25,000/club/2hrs).

BEYONCE A "YOU KNOW WHAT?"

I’m going to tell you a quick story, you tell me if you think it’s true. Lindsay Lohan was hosting a big Formula One racing concert in Singapore on the weekend with Gwen Stefani, the Peas, and headliner Beyonce. As the story goes, when Beyonce found out Lindsay had the best and biggest dressing room, she kicked her out. She also had a 139 page rider that included 6 beauty chambers, a complete fitness center and an entire air conditioning system. Apparently she wouldn’t share with any of the other artists and ppl were passing out backstage. YAY or NAY?

NO FIRINGS FOR THE F-BOMB!

NBC says that new Saturday Night Live cast member JENNY SLATE, she’s NOT getting fired for dropping the F Bomb during the season premiere. No truth, the show goes on. Oh and since the incident occurred at 12:40AM Eastern Time, SNL is not expected to face any fines from the FCC.

X FACTOR TO USA

If you’ve heard this rumor…looks like it’s true. Simon Cowell’s hit British show the X Factor is coming to the states. He agreed that he’d stay with Idol for 2 more years, if they’d let him bring this little show across the pond – oh and that he’ll make over $103 million dollars doing so.
