SHOULD CONNOR FLY?

The big debate today is that Tom Cruise is letting his 13-year-old son, Connor, do tricks on his motorcycle and take flying lessons at Tom’s airplane hangar in California. Connor was given a Cessna 172 Skyhawk. Is this legal?? Sources say yes…as long as you are big enough to operate all the controls (reach the pedals, etc.) and have passed all required student exams. However, according to the Federal Aviation Administration's website, Connor can't get a pilot's license until he is 16. So 3 more years until you can fly away from your crazy father!

KIMMEL/SILVERMAN SPLIT

No one saw this coming, but Jimmy Kimmel and his girlfriend of 5 years Sarah Silverman have called it quits. Their spokeswoman said it was mutual but she works for both of them, so what else is she going to say?

WILL IZZIE BE "ELIMINATED"?

Remember when we said that Katherine Heigl from Grey’s Anatomy removed herself from Emmy consideration because she didn’t think she had been given “good material to work with”? Well – the creator of the show Shonda Rhimes is now considering KILLING Izzie’s character off the show. Take THAT! Suddenly Katherine is backpedaling saying the whole thing was taken out of context.
