TRAVIS BARKER AND DJ A.M. TO SURVIVE CRASH

Travis Barker (former Blink 182 drummer) and DJ A.M. were critically injured in a plane crash Friday night- basically the plane was taking off from an airport in Columbus, South Carolina when air traffic controllers saw sparks coming from the jet, which then veered off the runway, ran through a fence, and crossed a road before crashing and catching fire.

Four people were killed: the pilot, co-pilot as well as Travis’s assistant and bodyguard. Travis and DJ were the only survivors, they jumped from the plane as soon as it hit the runway.

Both guys are in the Joseph M Still burn unit- in critical but stable condition. They've asked fans for privacy as they mourn the loss of their friends and continue their recovery. (expected one year).
