COREY HAIM FOUND DEAD

Toronto born Corey Haim died this morning of an apparent overdose, according to LAPD. He was 38. Police tell us they were called to St. Joseph's hospital in Burbank, CA shortly before 4AM PT to investigate. Haim shot to fame in the 80s -- when he co-starred in a number of films, including "The Lost Boys," with Corey Feldman.

LINDSAY SUING BABIES

Lindsay Lohan is now suing babies. There was a Superbowl commercial for the company E Trade, featuring talking babies - at one point they refer to the MILKAHOLIC LINDSAY, she's convinced it's about her, so she's suing for $100M. So you know how they forgot to mention Farrah Fawcett at the Oscars (memorial section)? Well the fallout continues- so the executive director is speaking. He says that even though she was in a few movies, she’s best known for TV. He also said there were SO many screenwriters that died last year they ran out of room. LIKE MOM LIKE DAUGHTER!

Like mother, like daughter. Demi Moore gave her daughter Rumer (21) a pole-dancing lesson while they were at a Hollywood party a couple nights ago. A witness said Demi spun around the pole upside down, then handed the reins over to Rumer, who drew applause from stepdad Ashton. Friends Jennifer Aniston and Leonardo DiCaprio were there all high fiving each other.

CBS PRODUCER GETS 6 MONTHS

Member the dude (former CBS News producer) who attempted to blackmail Letterman? Well, he spent yesterday afternoon in court and pleaded guilty to attempted grand larceny. He admitted he was trying to get 2 million dollars and it failed miserably. They settled on a plea, he’ll get 6 months in prison and then be on probation for 4.5 years.
